1. The Star Weld Tool Open is a very flexible system designed for deposit welding on any size mould. 
2. It is a completely standalone system incorporating all the necessary functions of laser, chiller, flexible arm and xyz unit.
3. With Synchronised Welding mode the machine offers constant welding seam quality
4. It matches the parent steels using –H13, 1.2767, P20 & 420 SS weld rods.
5. It has a cantilever arm with a range of more than 1.70m wide and 1.80m height, coupled with the laser spot positioning system it offers flexibility and accuracy.
6. A remote control panel made up of a CCD viewing system with high resolution camera or microscope, LCD monitor and proportional joystick for complete & accurate control of the X-Y-Z axis.
